QAU Wants Rangers to Deal with Violent Students

  When a violent altercation broke out between two student governments on campus on Monday, Azam University (QAU) has asked for the deployment of Rangers in response to the situation. The officials at the institution have written a letter to the Ministry of the Interior requesting prompt action to be taken in order to restore order and safeguard the safety of students, teachers, and staff. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Islamabad has begun legal processes against Adnan Rasheed, who was detained in E-11 on Monday for operating an illegal educational institution. Rasheed was arrested for his role in the operation of the institution. According to a spokesperson for the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the accused was putting the prospects of the next generation at risk by establishing an unlicensed organization with the name "Technical Board and Training Council Islamabad" and by issuing fake nursing and engineering diplomas and degree certificates. The official with the FIA claimed that the accused was involved in a well-planned scheme involving multiple printing presses. Sindh Declares Ramadan Timings for Educational Institutes

The Sindh Education Department has, with the consent of the steering committee, altered the schedules for when classes are held in schools. According to the information provided, beginning on April 1 and continuing through October 31, the new hours of operation for schools will be as follows: Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. On Mondays through Thursdays and Saturdays between the 1st of November and the 31st of March, school hours will be from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with the exception of Fridays, when they will be open from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. In addition, there will be distinct schedules for schools to follow during the month of Ramadan.
